My new gadget: Canon G10
Today, I’m very excited about my new little toy which is a Canon G10 digital camera.
This is actually a replacement to my previous camera, Sony alpha 350 that I was enjoying the sound of its shutter within last 10 months, and honestly I liked it in some ways. High quality pictures and ease of use was perfectly a good answer to most of my needs as an amateur photographer. There was only a little problem with that camera: Size! I found myself, not taking pictures for quite some time when I realized that most of the times, the camera is not with me, or it’s in my backpack and will never be taken out!

I did some online trading and fortunately could find a true replacement for my SLR camera: Canon G10!
This new gadget is just like a good quality SLR camera, in a compact size! Lots of great functionalities and light weight will deliver all I might need in one small size and I’m really happy with what I have now. The interesting part was when I got a 16GB SD memory card as a FREE gift in addition to this G10! How I’m going to make it full, I really have no idea, but I’m quite hopeful that this little toy will become a true companion due to it’s portability and functionalities.
No more excuse for not taking pictures, though I’m still looking forward to organize my flickr gallery!
